These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the h33zk platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By creating an account, you accept all terms set out below.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before any financial transaction is permitted on the Platform. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded by h33zk to a Member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total betting turnover a Member must generate using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform schedules, draw times, and support hours. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or by h33zk policy, as updated from time to time. |
To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on h33zk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your Account remains active:
h33zk reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria above are not or are no longer met, without prior notice and without liability.
To register an Account on h33zk, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address and mobile phone number.
Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on h33zk. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. h33zk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify h33zk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. h33zk may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any security concern.
h33zk reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive — defined as no login activity and no open bets — for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, h33zk will issue a notice to the email address registered on the Account. Any remaining balance in a dormant Account at the time of closure will be held for a period of 24 months, during which the Member may contact support to reclaim it, subject to identity re-verification.
h33zk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. No deposit, withdrawal, or Real-Money Service transaction may be processed on an Account that has not completed KYC verification to h33zk's satisfaction.
As part of the KYC process, h33zk may request the following documents:
h33zk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage where it has a reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by h33zk (typically 7 calendar days) may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with h33zk's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored with encryption and accessed only by authorised compliance personnel on a need-to-know basis.
All financial transactions on the h33zk Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). h33zk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of payment methods that operate in foreign currencies are borne solely by the Member.
h33zk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP (bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are published in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 5 to 15 minutes of the payment being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. h33zk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits will be rejected and refunded to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are processed by h33zk's finance team on a first-come, first-served basis. Verified Accounts using major local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) can generally expect settlement within 15 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions, excluding local bank maintenance windows. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes. These are estimates, not guarantees.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies per method, as published in the cashier section. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and, wherever technically feasible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit. h33zk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
All bets placed on h33zk are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product vertical — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, and crash games. Detailed game rules are accessible via the information button or help icon within each game or betting interface.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the Member except in cases where h33zk determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, or other system error.
h33zk reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: bets placed after the outcome was already known, bets placed using bonus abuse techniques, bets placed by colluding Members, or bets placed using automated betting software or bots.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet, h33zk's decision is final and binding. Video replay, match statistics, and official league results from recognized data providers are used to verify outcomes. Members may request a review of a settled bet by contacting support within 48 hours of the bet settlement time.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per day, as published in the Platform's sportsbook rules. h33zk reserves the right to split large payouts into multiple instalments paid over consecutive days.
h33zk may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotional offer. Members are strongly advised to read the specific bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round while wagering, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms.
h33zk reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or cancel any bonus, and to void any winnings derived from bonus abuse, if it determines that a Member has:

All content on the h33zk Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and source code, is owned by or licensed to h33zk and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

h33zk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h33zk makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or security of the Platform.

In no event shall h33zk's total liability to any Member exceed the amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
h33zk does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. Members are responsible for implementing appropriate anti-virus and security measures on their own devices.
h33zk collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that Privacy Policy.
h33zk implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit TLS encryption, to protect Member data. However, no online transmission or storage method is entirely secure, and h33zk cannot guarantee absolute security.
h33zk does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Member data is processed solely for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer service purposes.
h33zk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual Members. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on this page.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a Member does not accept a material change to these Terms, the Member's sole remedy is to close their Account and cease using the Platform. h33zk will process any withdrawal of remaining Account balance upon closure, subject to standard verification and wagering requirement checks.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h33zk holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, or in such other forum as h33zk may elect.
Members waive any right to bring claims on a class-action or representative basis. All disputes must be brought individually.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
